It's not exactly pool weather here in Missouri, but we at MO Political have our surfboards ready. With just #13days until this BLUE WAVEcrests from sea to shining sea, check out how you can join us in making a splash - and leave the Republicans treading water!
DOING THE WORK
Meet our all stars of the week, who've been swimming their way through turf after turf! Fatima, Linda, and Janet have knocked well over 400 doors over the past week, leaving our competition on the right stuck in the doldrums.
If you're still looking for a way to show your support for progressives across the state, we've got you covered. MOPC is still taking volunteers in both the St. Louis and Kansas City areas to help us work the polls on November 6th!

RUNNING FOR THE RIGHT REASONS
We at MOPC pride ourselves on the character of our candidates, and we couldn't be prouder of the work that Martin Rucker is doing to bring change to the 34th Senate District. Martin is committed to quality education, support of working class families, and women's rights - and we're committed to seeing him across the finish line.
To find out more about why we're supporting #RuckerForMissouri, head here to read all about him.
And if you want to catch us and Martin in person, you can find us at our upcoming event on the 28th! RSVP today, and come hear Martin talk about the convictions that are driving him to flip the 34th.
Speaking of flipping, on the other side of the state we'll be with Mike LaBozzetta on the 3rd, warming up with a cup of coffee at Uncle Bill's Pancake House. Is there a better way to kick off election-day weekend?
Come learn about Mike's race in the 99th, and enjoy coffee on the candidate! Progressive and generous - what more could you ask for?
Matt Sain has been hard at work, knocking doors across the 14th District in preparation for the sixth. All that hard work deserves a hot caffeinated beverage, and you can join Matt for his weekly Coffee with the Candidate at the Starbucks on 6234 NW Barry this Saturday!
It's my favorite time again. Trivia Time!
Last week was a bit of a tough one, but if you answered "true" to whether Kevin Windham would be younger upon taking office than Stephen Webber...you are correct! And only by a matter of days, at that.
This week is another question of numbers, and an equally impressive one. Paula Brown and Annie Rice are in good company this election year, as a record number of women are running for elected office in Missouri.
The question, then, is how many women candidates can our state boast this election cycle? Is it:
A.) 60 women
B.) 75 women
C.) 85 women
D.) 95 women
Check back next week for the answer, and for more tantalizing brain-teasers!
