Call Time Manager

This role will be responsible for staffing and managing call times. These call time responsibilities include:
Scheduling call times with clients
Staffing and taking fastidious notes
Reviewing scheduled calls prior to call time, to ensure a full understanding of donor asks
Sending call time notes to the rest of the MOPC team and follow up emails as needed
Qualifications:
One cycle of campaign experience required, specifically with call time and fundraising experience
Strong familiarity with Google Drive suite, NGP-VAN/Votebuilder, and their associated app-level integrations
A strong sense of organization and the capability to develop systems and processes to track goals
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively
A great attitude and work ethic
Compensation and Work Days:
This role will be paid hourly at $20/hour with an expected workload of approximately 20 hours per week.
